rain or problem

RAIN.... rain and rain. I have no problem with the rain. I still doing my job very well (i'm a dive guide). the problem is.. when rain come, the water from river brings materials to the sea. and now all the materials ( plastic bag, bottle, wood ) stuck on the beach................. this is the PROBLEM..
